Our primary objective is to empower our Participants, facilitating their active and valued integration into their communities. Under the NDIS service “Participate Community,” we provide a suite of services geared towards achieving this goal. Collaborating closely with Participants and their support networks—including Occupational Therapists and Mainstream supports—we delve into their interests and aspirations for community involvement. The dedicated Support Coordination team then takes the lead in establishing connections with suitable community-based activities and events tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Assisting in the exploration and access of education and training opportunities within the community.
