Our Accommodation/Tenancy services include:

• Supporting Participants in finding suitable accommodation: We collaborate with Participants to discern their housing needs and preferences, guiding them in locating appropriate living spaces that align with these requirements. This may involve exploring options such as private rentals, shared housing, or supported accommodation.
• Aiding Participants in securing accommodation: Once Participants have identified suitable living arrangements, we assist them in securing it by facilitating the application process, ensuring compliance with landlord requirements, and furnishing any necessary references or letters of support.
• Assisting Participants in maintaining their accommodation: Following the acquisition of accommodation, we continue to provide support by helping Participants manage rent and bills. Additionally, we offer assistance with tasks like cleaning, maintenance, and other responsibilities essential for maintaining the property in optimal condition.
• Facilitating Participants’ transition to new accommodation: If Participants require relocation to new living spaces, we support them throughout the process. This assistance includes helping them find suitable accommodation, aiding in the securing of the new place, and providing support during the transition.
• Providing support to Participants facing housing crises: In situations where Participants encounter housing crises, we offer support to swiftly secure a safe and secure living environment. Our goal is to assist them in finding suitable housing as quickly as possible.
